Role and Responsibilities As an experienced Integrator, you are integrating various electronics concepts and products in the field of safety systems, machine automation, embedded computers, analog devices, power amplifiers, sensors, encoders, electrical- and optical communication lines. With your skillset and a structured approach and good integration way of working knowledge, you contribute to new machine developments in close cooperation with a big external partner (Trumpf). This with the aim of zero defects and no surprises when enabled at the ASML EUV products. You will work in close cooperation with other integrators, designers and architects in and outside of ASML, you will use your broad network to support successful developments. The Electrical Integrator is responsible for the following: Operate as the Electronic Development representative in a multidisciplinary team; Influence the definition and design of electronic developments on diagnostics, testability, manufacturability and reliability; With your E-Integration knowledge you support our external partner so enabling them to deliver reliable quality deliverables Make breakdown and effort estimations for the integration of electronic products; specify and document the test requirements; Design and document the qualification tools for integration purpose; Execute experiments on test set-ups or prototypes to ensure the documented results meet the set requirements; Work together with the EMC, safety and other relevant competences to tests on subsystem level; With your early gained knowledge on system behavior, contribute in solving problems during full proto integration; Transfer knowledge to production and service engineers and act as an expert (4th line support); Analyze and solve reliability issues; Education and experience Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Experience as integrator in ASML for electronic/electrical functions or industrial automation; Broad technical knowledge of electronics with interest in physics, mechanics, and software; Experienced and comfortable with working with external partners Comfortable in using test- and measurement equipment; Experience in Safety and compliancy standards (e.g. SEMI, CE, FCC) is a plus; Experience with working in multidisciplinary design teams to establish agreement on specifications Skills Initiative, pro-active and flexible; High motivated team player with good social- and communication skills; Structured with eye for details and quality; Strong pragmatic attitude with an analytical view; Able to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic explorative environment Fluent English in word and in writing Other information The sector Development & Engineering (D&E) of ASML is responsible for the specification, design and realization of the products in the ASML portfolio. Within the sector D&E the cluster Electronic Development (EDEV) is responsible for the definition, realization, qualification and integration of electronic functions and modules within these products. Within EDEV EUV the group Laser Light Generation is responsible for the definition, realization, qualification and integration of electronic functions needed for a safe and reliable generation of laser light used in the EUV light generation process of the latest generation ASML machines. The Electrical Integrator reports to the Group Manager in Electronics EUV or delegated Team Leader of that group This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
