Regional Finance Director – DACH Location: Germany, Austria, or Switzerland Full-Time | Permanent Competitive base salary of €120,000 benefits (commensurate with experience) Spandex is a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation serving the signage, graphics, and display markets. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a high-calibre Regional Finance Director to support and lead the financial strategy across our DACH operations (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). What You’ll Be Doing As a strategic and hands-on finance leader, you will: Partner with the Regional Director to deliver regional business objectives. Provide commercial insights to senior leaders to support data-driven decisions. Lead and mentor the in-country finance teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high performance. Oversee all month-end, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the region. Ensure audit and governance processes are compliant with IFRS and evolving regulatory standards. Act as the main financial point of contact for stakeholders across IT, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Engage in property, contract, and payroll management when required. Champion digital transformation and financial innovation across the region. Who You Are. A qualified accountant with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in a senior financial leadership role. Proficient in IFRS, SAP , and advanced Excel. A strong communicator with fluency in English and German is required. Commercially astute with a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset. A natural leader, coach, and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Able to travel up to 25% within the DACH region. Why Join Us?
