Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Ability to speak and write German fluently and business level proficiency in English to support clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: Experience in business development, client relationship building on executive level, and in solution-based selling. Experience with networks in the digital industry or banking industry with brand management and consumer communication. Experience in sales/marketing or in digital business (e.g. agency, consultancy). Experience in an executive level in media, preferably online, with an extensive understanding of search advertising. Expertise in digital marketing with knowledge of Google advertising products. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with banking clients, their agencies and their consultancies. Target new budgets and develop strong solution based pitches with branding focus. Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations. Represent the Banking Team at internal and external events and trade fairs, as well as advocate new product releases, internally and externally. Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with the broader industry and to serve as an advocate at industry events and conferences. Collaborate with major customers beyond ads business with the goal of extending relationships, increase client and agency network and establish strategic relationships.
