This role is crucial in managing software license renewals and maintenance contracts for our Gird Software portfolio, ensuring our utility customers maintain continuous access to critical power systems software and services. You'll make an impact by : Manage and drive the renewal process for Siemens Grid Software licensed and maintenance contracts Proactively monitor upcoming renewals for software solutions Collaborate with global account managers and sales teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences Work closely with utility customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure proper license coverage Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Process renewal orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth contract execution Generate renewal forecasts and track key performance indicators Develop and enhance existing renewal processes for more efficiency Support the transition of customers to new licensing models Ensure compliance with Siemens' global processes and policies This is how you'll win us over : Education University degree in business, engineering, or a related field Experience & Skills Several years of experience in renewal management, software license management, customer success, or account management Understanding of software licensing models and maintenance contracts Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Experience working with utility companies and knowledge of digital transformation in the utility sector is a plus Ways of working: analytical, problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making abilities, a growth and customer-centric mindset Languages: business proficiency in German and English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
