Responsibilities: Managing diverse caseload including commercial disputes, contract issues, property litigation, and civil cases. Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing court pleadings, motions, and briefs. Representing clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and offering strategic counsel on case merits and settlement negotiations. Qualifications: A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse caseloads, representing clients in court, and possessing exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services with a client-centric focus.
