They are currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Property Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . About the Role You’ll be managing a prestigious portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London . This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional property management across rent collection, service charge budgeting, and tenant relationships. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of a Central London commercial portfolio Rent collection and arrears management Service charge budgeting and reconciliation Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors Ensuring the highest standards of asset performance and compliance About You We’re looking for someone with: Ideally MRICS qualification , but strong experience also considered Proven background in commercial property management Expertise in rent collection and service charge management Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-led approach Why Apply?
