The Role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor , you will: Handle your own caseload of complex disputes, including: Contractual disputes Corporate and shareholder disputes Insolvency matters Insurance litigation Professional negligence Procurement challenges Work closely with Partners on larger, high-stakes High Court litigation Attend and prepare for lengthy trials and hearings Be supported in your development with structured training and mentoring About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation Have experience in High Court litigation and strong advocacy skills Demonstrate excellent academics and a solid training background Be confident managing a small caseload independently, while also contributing to larger team matters Have a genuine interest in dispute resolution and a proactive approach to client care What’s on Offer?
