Senior Legal Counsel (Interim)

Your new company Aprestigious public sector organisation operating at the heart of the UK'sfinancial system is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel for a9-month interim contract. This organisation plays a critical role in managinggovernment financing and is internationally recognised for its excellence andinnovation in financial markets. Your new role As Senior Legal Counsel, you will join a collaborative legal team during a period of increased activity. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide strategic and operational legal advice across a wide range of areas including debt capital markets, financial regulation, derivatives, lending, fund management, commercial contracts, and public law. You will also contribute to the development of legal processes, documentation, and tech-enabled solutions.
