About the Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance solutions within the building services and construction sector. Renowned for innovation, technical excellence, and long-standing relationships with industry professionals, they are seeking a dynamic Specification Manager to drive business through M&E consultants and contractors in the Southeast of England. The Role: As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key M&E consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure product specifications and support the delivery of projects from early design through to installation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target M&E consultants and contractors across the Southeast region. Secure specifications for a range of technical building products and solutions. Provide technical support, CPDs, and design consultations to consultants and specifiers. Track project pipelines using CRM tools and proactively manage sales opportunities through to completion. Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align project delivery and client needs. Stay informed on relevant building regulations, industry trends, and competitor activity. Requirements: Proven track record in a specification sales role, within the M&E sector Strong understanding of the project sales process, from design through to installation. Ability to build credible, long-term relationships with technical decision-makers. Knowledge of the Southeast construction market. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a territory independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including delivering CPDs.
