Contract Manager

Role: Legal Contracts Manager Location: Hybrid role based in London Job Type: 6 month contract Salary / Rate: Competitive hourly rates Planet Pharma are partnered with an innovative global biotech assisting them with the search for an interim Contracts Manager for an initial 6 month hybrid role based in London. Role scope: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to: Master Services Agreements Work Orders Change Orders Bought-In Component Agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements Role requirements: Degree educated, with a preference for a legal qualification. Experience supporting a legal or contracts function, ideally in the life sciences, medical devices, or technology sectors. Experience with global Phase I–IV clinical site agreements and budget negotiations, including U.S. sites, is highly desirable. Proven track record in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, particularly MSAs, WOs, COs, NDAs, and other operational agreements.
