This role is ideal for experienced ICU nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and can seamlessly transition between specialized units. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert critical care across Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CVICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, and PACU as needed. Manage ventilated patients, hemodynamic monitoring, complex drips, and post-operative critical care . Rapidly adapt to unit-specific protocols and patient populations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments. Maintain compliance with evidence-based practices and facility policies. Required Qualifications: Active RN license (pending licenses considered case-by-case). BLS & ACLS certifications (current). 2 years of recent ICU experience in Level I Trauma Center preferred. Epic EMR proficiency (non-negotiable). Proven experience floating between ICUs (highly desired). Comfort with Neuro, Cardiac, Medical, and Surgical ICU patient populations. Critical Competencies: Ability to rapidly assess and stabilize critically ill patients in varying settings. Strong critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills . Flexibility to work in fast-paced, unpredictable environments . Competency test required within 48 hours of submission, sent via candidates email.
