Program Manager-Senior Project Manager

About the Position Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources. Managing project documentation, project progress and adapt work as required. Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise. Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget. Ensuring compliance with International and local regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards. LI-SK1 Requirements: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in the healthcare/life sciences construction industry. Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground up Construction. Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies, including life sciences and clean room knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
