Job Description Job Description Job Title: HR Operations Administrator Location: Houston Area, TX (On-site) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: $15–$22/hour Overview: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Operations Administrator on behalf of our client, a reputable organization located in the Houston area. This is a full-time, in-office contract role ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in human resources and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing new hire packets and collecting required forms Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR systems Support compliance and audit processes by organizing files and ensuring data accuracy Assist in preparing reports, HR metrics, and data entry into HRIS systems Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support the HR function Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR or office environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a respected company in the Houston area Valuable hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration Dedicated support from LHH’s recruitment team throughout the placement Potential for long-term employment or direct hire based on performance and client needs Exposure to a professional, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for skill development About LHH Recruitment Solutions: LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with leading companies to connect top talent with rewarding opportunities.
