Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are searching for a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our Raleigh, Indianapolis or Tampa studio! What You'll Do: Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects. Assist with client management and attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings. Manage teams and assist other project team members in the development and maintenance of workplans. Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Lead planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepare working drawings. Participate in all design and construction phases of projects. Present design to client and coordinate with other disciplines and consultants. Owns all projects in entirety related to project delivery. Recommend alterations to design to improve quality. Participate in project debriefs and lesson’s learned sessions. Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers. Education and Experience: Educational Background: Design related technical degree, Bachelors or Professional degree in or applicable field. Experience: 8-20 years of applicable experience. Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred. Software Skills: Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks; familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel) preferred. Why BSA LifeStructures?
