We are looking for an Optometrist to join our client's Ophthalmology clinic in Florida on a locum tenens basis. This role is integral to the clinic's operations, focusing primarily on initial consultations, routine exams, and optical/vision care. The successful candidate will be stepping into a dynamic environment where they will handle a mix of patient interactions and complex cases, providing expert care and support to a diverse patient base. Job Details Location: Florida Start Date: Aug 18, 2025 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Optometrist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Responsibilities and Duties Conduct initial consultations to assess patient eye health and vision. Perform routine eye examinations. Provide standard optical and vision care services. Manage referrals to surgeons as needed for further patient care. Engage with patients to explain vision issues and the care process. Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
