Facility: This facility is a 72-bed community hospital that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the local population. The hospital features modern technology including a DaVinci X robotic surgical system and serves as an important healthcare resource for the region. Opportunity: Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Details: On-call locum tenens position covering weekend shifts from Friday 7am through Monday 7am Coverage needed for 1 weekend per month on an ongoing basis Responsibilities include deliveries, C-sections, and surgical procedures such as hysterotomies Experience with robotic surgery (DaVinci X) preferred but not required Manage approximately 20-25 patient encounters per shift Must have active IN license, CSR, and DEA Board certification required with estimated 2-week credentialing timeframe Ideal candidate can drive to the facility and potentially cover additional weekday on-call shifts as needed Skills needed include management of low and high-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and various delivery methods Experience with gynecological procedures including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, and surgical gynecology (both open and laparoscopic) preferred Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
