Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Holyoke, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/06/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel PT licensing required BLS required Guaranteed 40 hours per week Can be flexible with a 4x10s schedule 5x8s schedule No Specific certifications needed other than PT licensing and BLS ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Staffing ratios: 3 PTs and 1 COTA, and 1 Telehealth CT Scrub colors: any professional scrubs or business casual MORE INFORMATION: Start date: first week of October Outpatient/Inpatient Mix Outpatient Rehab Department 15 unit bed critical access hospital 85% outpatient patients 15% inpatient patients 2 PTs will be onsite Charting: Athena About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
