This person will report into the Senior Project Manager and support the management of Engineering functions across different Civil Construction projects. Responsibilities include: - Working in tandem with Senior PM - Manage Engineering/Architecture projects from inception through final design, bid and award - Manage airfield and roadway projects - Assist in the management of permitting process - Cross functional management to ensure project completion
