Job Title: Site Engineering Trainer (Survey) Job Type: Direct Hire – Full-Time Location: Houston, TX Travel: Up to 7 months per year; travel to various job sites primarily along the Gulf and East Coast. Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and LTD insurance, PTO Position Overview: We are seeking a Site Engineering Trainer (Survey) to lead onboarding and field training for engineering professionals working across marine construction projects. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys travel, and is passionate about coaching others. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and hands-on training for new Site Engineers Deliver instruction on hydrographic and topographic survey methods, survey/vessel guidance software, productivity tools, and internal processes Develop and maintain training documentation and learning content Upload and manage training materials via LMS Travel to job sites to conduct training as needed (travel is paid and coordinated by the company) Uphold and promote a safety-first culture Global Edge Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
