What You’ll Do: Design HVAC and mechanical systems that put sustainability first Use Revit and other BIM tools to produce detailed, coordinated MEP drawings Handle load calcs, equipment selection, and system layouts Collaborate daily with architects, electrical engineers, and green building consultants Be involved from concept through construction support and commissioning Help evaluate performance and ensure quality installs during site visits What We’re Looking For: 3 years of HVAC/MEP design experience (commercial or sustainability-focused work preferred) Strong Revit skills—this is a must Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or high-performance design standards Great communication skills and a team-first mindset Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a bonus) EIT or PE?
