Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: 3 Years Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Type: Contract to Hire We're hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, be proactive, and comfortable working in a mid-shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST) to support global or late-shift hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles and departments Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and referrals Schedule and coordinate interviews Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Requirements: 3 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to handle multiple open roles and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
