We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BI (Business Intelligence) Lead to join our Centre of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will supervise SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) experts, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our BI systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BI tools, the ability to analyze complex topics, and the capability to mobilize resources across various domains as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing comprehensive statistics and reports on the follow-up of activities. Mission: Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of SAP BW and SAP SAC experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth. Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of BI topics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Resource Mobilization: Coordinate and mobilize resources from other domains as needed to support BI initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. Statistics and Reporting: Provide detailed statistics and reports on the follow-up of activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in BI operations. Run and Maintain Activities: Oversee the continuous and efficient operation of SAP BI systems, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units, to understand and address their BI needs. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and changes to the SAP BI system. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP BI tools, including SAP BW and SAP SAC. Technical Skills: Lead experience – 3 yrs (2 – 3 members) SAP Business data cloud / Datasphere Databricks Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy. (Any) Strong understanding of SAP BW modules and functionalities, including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting. Strong understanding of SAP SAC modules and functionalities, including SAC Planning, data modeling, story design, and visualization. – minimum experience (2 yrs) Mandatory: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for customizing and enhancing SAC functionalities. Preferred: Knowledge of ABAP programming for debugging and minor enhancements. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and managing SAP environments. Certifications: Preferred certifications include: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
