As a Senior BackEnd Engineer, you will design and implement scalable backend systems and services. You’ll take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions while mentoring junior developers. Tasks : Develop and maintain backend services using Python , Java , and Spring Boot Design and implement robust API architectures and microservices Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices Contribute to system architecture and performance optimization Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Professional Requirements and Expertise : 3 years of experience in backend development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python , Java , Spring Boot , API design , and microservices Good to have: Experience with Docker , AWS , SQL/NoSQL , DDD (Domain-Driven Design) , CI/CD , and AI/ML integration Personal Skills : Strong analytical and architectural thinking Effective communicator and team collaborator Passion for clean code and scalable design Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
