Position Description and Characteristics The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all management and operational processes of the store, aimed at improving sales and resources. They will achieve sales targets through resource development, team engagement, and fostering a participative environment, along with proposing commercial stimuli and customer focus. Roles and Responsibilities With appropriate training, responsibilities include : Planning team work shifts; Evaluating staff performance; Analyzing sales data and implementing improvements; Ensuring compliance with procedures; Managing cash operations (deposits, relations with headquarters, funds / safe); Maintaining store image and cleanliness; Implementing marketing initiatives; Customer communication. Reporting Line Hierarchical report to : Store Manager. Functional Relationships Internal : Store team; External : Customers. Requirements Previous experience in GDO; Good decision-making and analytical skills based on data / KPIs; Ability to motivate and inspire the team, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on caring for others; High school diploma or university degree. Work Location and Conditions Full-time : 40 hours / week. Contract Type : Initial fixed-term contract.
