The HR Business Support team is looking for an enthusiastic intern from May 2025 for a period of 6 months / 1 year. What does HR Business Support do Our HR Business Support department manages the HR administration of all stores in Italy. Together with the HR team you will be a point of reference for RITUALS employees in particular you will give support to Retail Employees on daily request about the personnel management and get the chance to contribute to various HR projects and process optimizations. Purpose of the internship During this internship you will be part of the HR team where your focus is on HR Operations. In addition you will learn to process all HR changes that come in : from drawing up contracts for new employees to processing terminations. Your Responsibilities Supporting HR business support colleagues; Processing incoming HR tasks in Workday; Support for the monthly Time & Attendances process; Providing service to our store employees by answering their questions and making clear information and policy documents available; Stay up to date with workplace health and safety laws and regulations ensuring compliance and effective enforcement within the organization. Qualifications : This is you Proactive independent and solutionoriented; Accurate structured and an eye for detail; Affinity with the cosmetics and retail industry; Communicative skills service and customeroriented; Good command of Italian & English language in speech and writing; You strive to be best in class in your field.
