Main responsabilities: Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients and organize first meetings with them to introduce Evidilya. Perform market analysis, keep update on the market trends and monitor the competitors’ strategy. Take part to all the steps of the new clients acquisition process: from attending the first meetings with prospect clients to collect data and needs, support the development of proposals (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.) to the finalization of the collaboration. Support the business development and sales strategy. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of the new client acquisition process. Work closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM Required skills: Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences) Previous experience (2 years) in sales and/or business development in international contest. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Proven knowledge of healthcare industry and/or CRO, Ability to work in challenging and demanding environment Strategic and innovative approach Accurate, attention to details and business goals oriented.
