Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Purchase Specialist based in Verona Villafranca. Essential Functions: Issuing and managing purchase/repair orders for spare parts and tools to ensure availability for aircraft maintenance. Monitoring orders until acceptance and following up with suppliers on delivery delays. Managing logistics aspects related to procurement. Handling AOG (Aircraft On Ground)/CRITICAL orders until parts arrive at the requested location, coordinating with Maintenance Control Center and Warehouse. Managing warranty claims with suppliers. Overseeing work performed by third parties regarding material orders, logistics, and economic recording. Requirements: Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Sunday. At least two years of experience in purchasing. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient computer skills; knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong social skills including teamwork and effective communication. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
