About the Company: An important company in the electricity and gas supply sector is seeking an ICT Business Partner . Core Responsibilities: Facilitate digital culture dissemination, gather business needs, and monitor technological initiatives, acting as a link between local requirements and strategic guidelines set by the Group ICT Manager. Manage daily relationships between the ICT team and local ESCO company contacts. Support and promote IT/digital projects and initiatives at the local level according to Group directives. Assist the ICT Manager in collecting and evaluating requests from the ESCO business. Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, providing structured feedback. Manage relationships with local suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and service agreements. Inform local managers about IT strategies, technological roadmaps, and organizational impacts. Job Requirements Must Have: Good knowledge of business processes, preferably in the energy/ESCO sector. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and key digital solutions supporting business operations. Previous experience in requirements gathering, IT support, and project management. Nice to Have: A degree in computer science, management, or engineering. Team-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Other Info Location: Milan, San Siro area.
