Customer Specialist

ADHR GROUP - Calderara di Reno, Emilia-Romagna, Italy ADHR GROUP, a recruitment agency, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a client company in the mechanical component sector located in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with both new and existing clients. Prepare quotations and commercial offers. Support sales negotiations, monitor orders and shipments. Maintain up-to-date client and negotiation information in the company's CRM. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets. Requirements: At least one year of experience in a similar role. Experience in companies within the same sector. Preferably familiar with SAP. Position offers a direct employment contract with a gross annual salary between €26,000 and €30,000.
