Under the supervision of the President Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative, organizational, and logistics support to business activities. Main responsibilities include: Assist with agenda management Plan and book meetings, interviews, trainings, and external customer visits Manage communication with internal and external contacts Handle phone requests and respond to emails, providing information to external contacts Coordinate trips (train, flights, hotels, car rentals) with travel agencies Monitor costs and maintain administrative records Prepare expense reports Archive contracts, ensure invoices are signed and paid Create purchase requests in SAP Plan and prepare special events, international meetings, and partner visits Qualifications we are looking for: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (French is a plus) Outstanding time-management skills; ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, departments, and third parties Discretion in handling confidential information; adaptability to various demands Responsibility, integrity, and accountability J-18808-Ljbffr
