Accounting Supervisor

Join to apply for the Accounting Supervisor role at UPS . We are seeking a General Ledger Accounting Supervisor to join our Administrative Team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager . The role involves general accounting, verification and analysis of the company's monthly accounting entries, and coordination of the Record to Report (RtR) team. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the month-end closing process (Hard-Closing) Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Assisting with requests from the Audit firm Supporting the management control team Monthly cost allocations Managing the Fixed Assets Register General accounting entries Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics Dynamic and proactive attitude Ability to manage stress effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good command of English Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Preferred qualifications include previous experience in auditing firms and knowledge of Oracle Cloud management system.
