Position C.M.B. is expanding its team and is looking for a Cost Estimator (Italy and abroad) to join the Bidding and Work Study Office. Reporting to the Head of Bidding and Work Study, the candidate will be responsible for : Studying projects, contracts, and tender specifications for Italy and abroad, ensuring accurate cost estimates for assigned works; Ensuring correct formulation of quantity surveys, analyses, and estimates according to tender requirements; Maintaining updated technical and cost information by liaising with suppliers and the purchasing department; Participating in working groups, representing company positions, and managing relationships with clients and designers during bid preparation; Handling documentation related to their areas of expertise. Requirements A degree in engineering or related field; Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector, even if brief, preferably in structured environments; Knowledge of industry-specific software and the Microsoft Office suite; Strong interpersonal skills, independence, proactivity, and results-oriented attitude.
