Our SIGN IT product powers fiscal receipt processing for the Italian market, and you’ll play a critical role in its success. From interfacing with government systems to leading technical decisions, this is an opportunity to build something that matters, with a real-world regulatory impact. What You’ll Do Own the backend development of the SIGN IT solution Translate legal and compliance requirements into scalable, production-ready code Build and optimize APIs and backend services in Golang Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape architecture and strategy Support and mentor junior team members Drive end-to-end delivery, from feature planning to monitoring in production Communicate regularly with stakeholders — including regulators Help create reusable solutions that can scale to other teams and markets What You Bring Must-Have Experience: 5 years in backend development 2 years working with Golang Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Experience with software architecture patterns and scalable backend design Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example Full professional proficiency in Italian (C1) and English Nice-to-Haves: Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Terraform , Ansible , or similar IaC tools Familiarity with RabbitMQ , Kubernetes , or Google Cloud services Agile mindset (without being process-heavy) What It’s Like to Work Here We’re looking for people who take ownership — not just of code, but of the product and team.
