About You Join Coverflex as one of our first BDRs as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Italian market! We're seeking a top hunter BDR who excels in prospecting and engagement and thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and relationship management skills. Must-haves: You can conduct exploratory lead research and turn leads into concrete opportunities. You're unafraid of hearing "No" from leads. You’re always finding new ways to open a window if the main door is closed. You have an iterative, curious mindset and an entrepreneurial approach: you don’t just see the problem but also bring solutions! You are proactive and self-driven when it comes to improving processes. You believe good enough is better than perfect, know where to invest your time, and focus on outcomes and impact rather than perfection. Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English (internal communication is exclusively in English); Hubspot experience is a plus (but good CRM use is essential). Nice to Have Experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR in sales within the tech industry and HR or Finance ICPs. Ability and drive to reach out to SMB companies through various methods and help them succeed. Experience in the benefits market is a plus. The Role As a BDR, your role involves creating new opportunities and deals through prospecting channels. Main responsibilities include generating meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives via cold-calling and other prospecting methods, maintaining our CRM (Hubspot), and aligning with sales and growth teams on target ICPs and prospects. You will also work on reactivating dormant or non-active deals, analyzing reasons behind lost leads, and providing feedback between sales and growth teams. Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated. Salary Range The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
