Investment Manager

Job Opportunity: Investment Manager - Real Estate Randstad Professionals, a division specializing in Middle and Senior Management recruitment within Financial Services, is seeking a talented Investment Manager for a client in the Real Estate sector. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of investment processes, from due diligence to contractual agreements, asset acquisition, and operational management. Develop business plans by collaborating with internal teams to validate financial assumptions and prepare documentation for the Board of Directors. Work with compliance & AML functions to ensure proper investment verification. Assist in fund raising activities, engaging with investors and identifying optimal financing strategies. Design financial and tax optimization solutions for real estate transactions, working alongside consultants and internal teams. Monitor asset profitability and support strategies for value enhancement and divestment. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new investment opportunities and assess competitive positioning. Candidate Profile: Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector in similar roles. Preferred experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services consulting, especially with clients in Real Estate. Excellent skills in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and real estate valuation tools. Good command of English language. Location: Rome J-18808-Ljbffr
