Job Description

Job Opening: Legal Specialist Eleventy World S.r.l., a leading Italian fashion retail company specializing in high-quality clothing and accessories, is seeking a Legal Specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the fashion or retail sector. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and assist in all legal activities of the company. Responsibilities: Negotiate and draft sector-specific contracts (franchising, selective distribution, supply, licensing, services, etc.). Protect the intellectual property portfolio. Manage litigation and liaise with external legal advisors. Ensure corporate compliance regarding privacy and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Handle insurance coverage requirements. Support corporate secretarial activities: convening Board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining corporate books, managing powers of attorney. Assist with extraordinary transactions such as company formations/acquisitions. Requirements: Degree in Law. 3-4 years of legal experience, preferably in fashion/retail. Deep knowledge of commercial and corporate law. Experience in managing and negotiating sector-specific contracts. Knowledge of compliance regulations (privacy, Legislative Decree 231/2001). Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
