For a multinational company operating in the production of biodegradable films, with production plants, sales offices, distribution offices and research centers all over the world, we are looking for : HR BUSINESS PARTNER EUROPE - PLASTIC - UDINE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with HR Manager to align HR strategies with business objectives; - Contributes to the management of strategic HR projects; - Supports HR Managers in the recruitment process at local and European level; - Supports HR Managers in providing training in line with the corporate training plan, also through the internal evaluation system; - Contributes to performance evaluation through the use of specific analytical and objective tools; - Supports HR Managers in the drafting of procedures and personnel policies at the European level; - Contributes to the development and implementation of remuneration and incentive systems; - Develop HR projects independently, according to the skills acquired. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor and Master in Human Resources preferred - Previous experience in similar, coordination roles of at least 3 / 4 years; - Previous experience gained in international and structured industrial companies, research and selection / training companies; - Excellent knowledge of English for comparison with HQ and local management; - Effective management of even complex relationships, situations of influence and time management.
