Site Manager

Social network you want to login/join with: Roles across South Italy (Calabria, Sicily) We're recruiting for experienced Site Managers across Italy to execute utility scale solar construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading IPP's in Europe, contributing to a pipeline of over 3.5GW. With projects up to 100MW in size, we are interested in hearing from engineers with experience leading photovoltaic contruction sites who want the challenge of managing some of Italy's most ambitious renewable energy projects. As Site Manager, you will: Analyse and control the project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to. Oversee subcontractors’ installation work with site engineers, ensuring design accuracy quality. Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department for material deliveries. Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Procedures. Ensure proper procedures and reporting for damages or accidents in collaboration with the HSE department. Key Skills: Experience in utility-scale solar power plants. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); MS Project is a plus. Excellent Italian and English Language skills. Flexibility to re-locate and work onsite 5 days a week. Competitive Salary between €45,000 and €55,000. Benefits including food vouchers, accomodation, travel expenses and medical insurance.
