Job Description

Recruitment Specialist Role Full responsibility for driving the entire recruitment process and making hiring decisions (KPI-driven). Consult and partner with HR BP and CoE. Consult and challenge hiring managers to ensure candidate quality and appropriate time-to-fill. Act as the face of the company to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and creating an excellent candidate experience. Manage all recruitment-related activities, including briefing calls with hiring managers to clarify open questions and start the selection process efficiently. Create appealing job postings and steer local recruitment strategies. Manage all aspects of candidate selection, including prescreening (phone screening if applicable), interviewing talents, providing shortlists of qualified candidates, and managing offers. Set clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Perform active sourcing activities where applicable. Collaborate with and steer external partners as needed. Keep track of recruitment KPIs, use data to assess candidate funnel and recruitment performance. Support local employer branding activities (e.g., representing GEA at career fairs, collaborating with key universities). Establish and maintain a talent pool. Support continuous improvement and alignment with Procurement/Legal teams for agency contracts. Collaborate with CoE to evaluate employer branding and talent acquisition measures to attract candidates and fill vacancies. Challenge the business and CoE to develop effective sourcing strategies and identify new opportunities for process and candidate experience improvements based on recruitment trends. Your Profile / Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in HR Management, International Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Experience in active sourcing is a plus. Experience and confidence in collaborating with managers. Strong communication skills with a service and customer-oriented mindset. High networking skills and ability to build trustful relationships. Experience working in virtual teams. Result-oriented approach, fulfilling hiring expectations with high service quality. Confident in using recruitment tools and technologies, ideally with experience in Workday Recruitment. Fluent in the local language and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
