Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Division , in the Quality Function, we are looking for a Senior Product/Program Assurance Manager to manage the quality aspects of an important International Program. Following hiring at one of Leonardo's Italian offices, the selected person will be seconded to the Hague office for a period of 30 months. The person we are looking for will be responsible for the following activities: Implement and maintain adherence to the program Quality Management System; Ensure compliance with the AQAPs Requirements, ISO (namely 9001:2015), the program Quality Management Plan (QMP), and other program plans and processes; Develop, update, implement, and maintain the QMP; Create, update, and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicable; Ensure the program successfully obtains its required ISO certifications through adequate preparation, assessment, and training; Work as a member of the Mission Assurance team and work with project technicians, engineers, and managers to develop and implement QA surveillance approaches; Develop, execute, and review program processes and procedures; Develop and establish contractual SLAs; Collect and report performance metrics and key performance indicators and proactively help the program meet quality objectives; Provide review and input to program plans and other program documents in support of accurate and on-time contract deliverables and work products; Ensure product development and services processes meet customer expectations; Proactively monitor workflow and process compliance and track corrective actions to closure; Review and inspect process outputs and deliverables to ensure compliance to contract requirements; Support performance verification testing as needed; Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance, define thresholds to assess results, and report results to management; Review the results of metrics analysis to determine whether additional process audits are needed; Document and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action; Routinely report progress on resolution to management; Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the quality management system; Support other Quality actions and responsibilities across the program as required; Monitor and track quality action items and quality issues through resolution; Identify and report project quality risks to program management; Facilitate contributions to the Risk and Opportunity Register and Peer Review Log; Partner with internal and external customer and lead/facilitate lean six sigma process improvement events; Collaborate with program leadership to lead efforts that define the optimal performance requirement / service level agreement strategy in support of contract requirements; Support program Staff Meetings and Reporting, such as Daily Status Reports; Support Management reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews. Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Seniority: Senior; 8 years of professional experience managing SLAs and Quality of Service Delivery and minimum of three (3) years of experience in software/system/service life cycle quality management in information technology projects. Professional Skills: Experience with ISO 9001 and CMMI industry standards; Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience in software/system/service life cycle management; (Preferred) Experience working in a military environment and Command Center. Soft Skills: Good presentation skills; Good documentation skills; Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Language: English language (minimum B2) Other : Security Clearance (NOS) will be required; (Preferred) industry certifications in Quality Management and/or Service Management, such as ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC, and/or ITIL certifications; (Preferred) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
