Job Title: (Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Palermo Job Description: Your mission You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication . You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage . You identify and resolve potential issues in the onboarding process in collaboration with customers and colleagues. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
