About the job We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure for our Tether Data Division. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and a security-first approach. The candidate should demonstrate: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience managing systems with 99.99% uptime Excellent documentation and communication skills Proven incident management experience Ability to work independently and in a team Security, threat detection, and mitigation expertise Responsibilities Design and maintain high-availability infrastructure at scale Manage deployments and updates Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems Collaborate to optimize application performance Conduct security audits and hardening measures Mentor junior team members Requirements include: 5 years of Linux systems administration experience Expertise in: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) Container orchestration (Docker/Podman) GPU container management Virtualization (QEMU/KVM) Network architecture (VPN, SDN, Load Balancing) Security practices NodeJS deployment and scaling Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Github CI) Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) Git version control Usage of FIDO2 and Yubikeys for server administration If you are passionate about managing infrastructure that empowers humanity, we look forward to hearing from you!
