Inside Sales Specialist - Valves and Actuators Insert date: 07/05/2025 Function: Inside Sales Specialist - Valves and Actuators Workplace: Italy: Peschiera Borromeo (MI) Duration of Contract: Tempo Indeterminato Monthly Salary Range: Not indicated Insert date: 07/05/2025 Function: Inside Sales Specialist - Valves and Actuators Workplace: Italy: Peschiera Borromeo (MI) Duration of Contract: Tempo Indeterminato Monthly Salary Range: Not indicated APPLICATION * (*) Registration is not necessary Description Announcement Principali Responsabilità: - Analizzare le specifiche tecniche dei clienti e definire, insieme al Dipartimento Commerciale, la strategia di costo/prezzo per il tender; - Contattare i subfornitori e supportare la definizione della proposta tecnico-commerciale più adatta; - Coordinare la preparazione della documentazione tecnica da presentare ai clienti, in collaborazione con il team esistente; - Partecipare alle fasi di chiarimento delle offerte tecniche (da remoto o in presenza); - Partecipare e condurre meeting di kick-off interni ed esterni; - Documentare accuratamente tutte le attività svolte, mantenendo i registri aggiornati e facilmente consultabili dalla direzione; - Supportare lo sviluppo tecnico dei prodotti in collaborazione con l’ufficio tecnico; - Collaborare alle attività di marketing relative ai prodotti (schede tecniche, presentazioni, fiere, ecc.). Requisiti: - Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore valvole e attuatori, di cui minimo 3 anni in ruoli tecnici o come application engineer; - Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, industriale o equivalente); - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (scritto e parlato); - Disponibilità a viaggiare per almeno il 25% del tempo lavorativo (Italia ed estero). Sede: Milano, Italia Dipartimento: Vendite Tecniche Tipo di contratto: Tempo indeterminato Riporta a: Direzione Commerciale ___ Key Responsibilities: - Analyse client specifications and define a cost/price strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Department to secure contracts. - Engage with sub-suppliers and define, with the Commercial Department, the most suitable technical and commercial proposal. - Lead the preparation of technical documentation to be submitted to clients, working closely with the existing team. - Participate in all clarification phases of the tender process, either remotely or on-site when required. - Lead and attend internal and external kick-off meetings to ensure alignment across departments. - Diligently document all activities, ensuring clear and organized records accessible to senior management. - Support the technical development of products in coordination with the engineering team. - Collaborate on marketing initiatives related to products (technical sheets, presentations, exhibitions, etc.). Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the valves and actuators industry, including at least 3 years in a technical or application engineering role. - Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent). - Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken. - Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time (domestically and internationally).
