Job Description Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Night Manager (Vitto e Alloggio) for a luxury structure in Perugia . Responsibilities: Operational management of all night activities in the Front Office department; Overseeing night Back Office activities related to Reception, including daily cash closing, payment data submission, and report compilation for the administrative department; Handling client requests and needs; Maintaining constant interface with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service. Requirements and qualities: Minimum two years of experience as a Night Manager; Accuracy and reliability; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Advanced proficiency in English. Work details: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week; Contract: Direct employment with the company until January 2026; Reference industry: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi; Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience, including room and board in the structure. Location: Perugia.
