Your Role We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This role requires a self-motivated, creative, and proactive individual capable of working successfully in a dynamic environment involving multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and work settings. The position is based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy. You will work with the Operations Department and a cross-functional team to manage new strategic projects aimed at expanding and strengthening our international manufacturing footprint. Main responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, and coordinating manufacturing layout activities, including the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and processes. The role also involves overseeing the phase-in of new products according to the overall plan for the new footprint, collaborating with R&D, T&M, QA, and other departments to optimize and monitor new production processes, cycles, and standards. This is an international role that requires willingness to travel and stay abroad for short periods. Your Impact Manage problem-solving activities related to project management and manufacturing (6σ, Kaizen, etc.) Oversee factory and assembly line layout planning and project Gantt Lead sub-projects such as machinery and automation system implementation Conduct SWOT analysis of technology and layout solutions Evaluate and optimize internal logistics flows About You Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, with a focus on production and logistics At least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, methods, or logistics roles Experience in Automotive, Whitegoods, or industrial companies with complex series production, manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement focus is a plus Knowledge of welding, metal, painting technologies, and processes is an added value Understanding of production and assembly processes Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value Stream Mapping, SMED, DMAIC, Six Sigma, lean activities) Goal-oriented with good interpersonal skills Fluent in Italian and English Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous Enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and a passion for sports and physical activity are desirable qualities Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer We welcome applications from all members of society regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, or beliefs.
