Responsibilities Coordination and supervision of revamping and repowering activities of group-owned plants. Management of relationships with suppliers and involved entities. Economic control, cost management, and supervision of adherence to timelines and quality standards. Conducting site inspections. Monitoring and controlling projects with report preparation for project oversight. Organizing and planning company resources, including personnel and materials. Your Profile Applicants should possess the following requirements: Degree in Engineering. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Availability for short business trips. Experience in O&M or Asset Management companies is a plus. Knowledge of suppliers and EPC companies. Understanding of electrical standards, machinery directives, and plant safety regulations. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proficiency in English. Work location: Rome. Flexibility: 40% smart working. The contractual and salary package will be commensurate with experience and expectations. Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Full-time.
