JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions that will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, demonstrate Future’s value-added solutions, and showcase the company’s full capabilities. What the role involves : Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understand customer needs and challenges, and formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits to customer sites. Present Future’s value proposition by providing value-added solutions and corporate initiatives to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are met. Provide responsive service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have : Proven sales success in electronic distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes and a record of design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
