Our client is seeking to appoint a Head of Finance – Italy to lead the finance function of its Italian commercial entity, which generates approximately €100 million in annual turnover. The role is based in Bergamo and offers hybrid working. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance: • Partner with the Country Head to drive financial decision-making • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management • Ensure compliance with global and regional financial reporting standards • Coordinate local S&OP processes and support supply chain alignment • Oversee financial aspects of contracts and legal matters • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Finance function Candidate Requirements: • University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • 8 years of experience in a similar position from multinational company • Experience in analytical review, budgeting & reporting • Knowledge of IFRS and SOX • Experience in preparation statutory financial statements • Fluent in Italian and English This opportunity offers a strategic role in a dynamic environment, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations to enhance customer value and support sustainable agricultural practices.
