About You Join Coverflex as one of our first BDRs as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Italian market! We're seeking a top hunter BDR who excels in prospecting and engagement and thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and exceptional relationship management skills. Must-haves: Ability to conduct exploratory lead research and convert leads into opportunities. Resilience to rejection and persistence in outreach. An iterative, curious mindset with an entrepreneurial approach: seeing problems as opportunities for solutions. A proactive, self-driven attitude focused on outcomes and impact. Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English; Hubspot experience is a plus, but good CRM skills are essential. Nice to Haves Experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR in sales within the tech industry, especially with HR or Finance ICPs. Ability to reach out to SMB companies through various channels and drive customer wins. Market experience in benefits is advantageous. The Role As a BDR, your main focus will be creating new opportunities and deals through prospecting channels. Key responsibilities include: Generating meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives via cold calling and other prospecting methods. Maintaining and updating our CRM (Hubspot) with accurate information. Aligning with sales and growth teams on target ICPs and prospects, utilizing databases, events, tools, and methodologies. Reactivating dormant or inactive deals. Analyzing reasons behind closed-lost leads and providing feedback to improve processes. Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated. Salary Range The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
