Your Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will focus on: Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Managing overall service/project delivery within scope, budget, and milestones Supporting the resolution of critical customer issues Collaborating with SAP teams and support to handle critical situations Participating in customer release and maintenance activities Assisting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle Executing problem management and continuous improvement processes Engaging with SAP stakeholders and virtual customer success partners to ensure customer success Reviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growth Ensuring faster onboarding of associates with proper training documentation Facilitating ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers Qualifications & Experience Necessary technical skills include: Minimum of 5 years in SAP Basis with expertise in SAP HANA Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory Knowledge of SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration is a plus Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level English proficiency at B2 level or higher Work Experience 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge 2 years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or delivery Why Us Fast-growing global tech company with offices in 50 countries and 225,000 employees A diverse environment with 165 nationalities Global collaboration opportunities Virtual-first work environment promoting flexibility Growth and career development opportunities Comprehensive employee benefits Recognized as a great place to work in multiple countries Equality & Opportunity for All We are committed to equal employment opportunities for all, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, nationality, or other protected categories, in accordance with applicable laws.
